Meet Your Coach—Alyssa Bloom
After twelve years leading remote organizations and coaching managers at Apple, I retired from corporate and am redesigning my life as an independent creator.
I'm formally trained in Brené Brown's Dare To Lead™ program and have supported heart-centered entrepreneurs as a leadership coach + consultant with things like designing team roles and responsibilities, coaching performance, fostering a culture of ownership, strengthening morale, streamlining operations for scalability, effective communication, leadership confidence, and more.
In corporate and entrepreneurship, I saw the impact of chronic stress and self-neglect at every level of business. While I could help with the stress rooted in unsustainable work practices, I wanted to support leaders fully with their well-being.
When my health journey led me to Functional Medicine, I found the missing piece. 🧩
I'm now enrolled in a program training to be a Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, so I can combine my leadership experience with my wellness training to support leaders holistically.
Sustainable operations that support the well-being of every person in the business are the only way to move beyond burnout culture and change how we work collectively.
